ARI Research Survey-- Chance to Win an iPad


Click here to fill out a survey for the Autism Research Institute. 

"ARI seeks parents, caregivers and adults with autism to take part in ARI's Research Surveys. Participants who complete the new Adult Medical Survey and/or the updated ARI E-2 Survey will automatically be entered for a chance to win an Apple iPad. Next iPad drawing is July 31st for those who complete the subtype survey..  You will be entered in a drawing to win an iPad." 

You must complete the survey by by 10 p.m. PDT, July 30th.
